My Porsche 964 HANGANG Became a 1:18 Model
My Porsche 964 RWB HANGANG became a 1:18 model by ignition model. This is my account of receiving IG3878 and finding the details of my own car in miniature.

The Instagram message that came to me
As HANGANG took shape, I shared photographs of the car and its build on Instagram. One day, the model-car brand ignition model sent me a message.
They told me they had been following the build and the photographs, and that the company liked how cleanly the completed car had come together. They also told me HANGANG was being made into a limited-edition model.
I had never asked them to make it. It felt special that a company had noticed my car and contacted me first.
They offered to send me one model as a gift to the car’s owner. I bought one additional model myself.

The details inside a small HANGANG
When I saw the model in person, the detail surprised me most. It captured the car’s shape as well as the little marks that were part of my own HANGANG.
Nakai’s signature, the RWB sticker on the rear window, and the LEGENDARY sticker were all carefully recreated. Finding the details I knew from the real car in this small model was deeply moving.

I wish I had bought a few more
HANGANG is a car I spent a long time thinking about and building. Someone had followed that process, liked the result and recreated it at this small scale. That felt special.
Being able to keep a 1:18 version of my own car close by, and still find the HANGANG details I knew inside it, moved me in a different way.
The detail was so good when I saw it in person that I wished I had bought a few more.
